We are currently looking for an independent and experienced person to strengthen our Partner Relations department as:
PARTNER RELATIONS SPECIALIST
Full-time, on-site work at our office in the center of Gdańsk, with 24 days of home office available per year.

Working in this department is a real adventure because it offers the opportunity to test yourself in a complex environment and develop in several areas at the same time.
The ideal candidate is someone who can build and effectively develop relationships with the company's partners with passion and commitment.
Main tasks:
Independently managing the full cycle of cooperation with a partner, including identifying potential partners, analyzing their needs, presenting an offer, conducting negotiations, implementing cooperation, and ensuring its further development.
- Analyzing and monitoring the market segment in which the company operates, including trends, competition and brands present in the space,
- Identifying and establishing relationships with new company partners,
- Maintaining and developing daily contact with the company's partners (using various communication channels),
- Collaborating daily with the SEO department (e.g. providing updates on changes required on company websites based on arrangements with partners),
- Independently negotiating and finalizing terms of cooperation with the company's partners,
- Participating in the business optimization of the company's current partners, including statistics analysis, verification of the markets where the partner operates, and content optimization related to the given brand,
- Actively representing the company at international iGaming fairs and conferences (e.g. in London, Barcelona, Amsterdam, also on other continents),
- Proposing new solutions to improve team work,
- Reviewing and preparing reports for the department,
- Performing test registrations,
- Performing financial tests,
- Monitoring trends and news in the company’s market segment,
- Conducting internal training sessions and presentations about the company's partners for employees from other departments.

- You have at least 3 years of experience in B2B client relations, especially in sales with the affiliate or SaaS model,
- You have been successful in building long-term relationships with clients,
- You have experience in acquiring sales leads through online channels,
- Your English is C1/C2 (a second language will be an additional advantage),
- You enjoy international foreign business trips (on average 10-15 days per year),
- You have no legal restrictions on business trips travel within and outside the EU and beyond,
- You are a communicative person who easily builds new relationships,
- You have negotiation skills,
- You like working with numbers and you are accurate,
- You have an open mind and a willingness to learn new things,
- Your work organization is at the highest level, you are able to plan and achieve your goals,
- You pursue your goals responsibly, conscientiously and consistently,
